Computer-based Examination of Body Posture –
execution method
1. On the body of the examined person we mark all
characteristic points.
2. The examined person stands in an appointed place so
that he/she remains within camera eyeshot and the picture of him/her is visible
directly on the screen.
3. Out of a dozen succeeding photos recorded
automatically in computer memory one shot is chosen that corresponds to correct
setting of the patient.
4. On the basis of a saved picture as well as entered
patient’s data the computer makes it possible to obtain three-dimensional
coordinates of the examined surface, and estimated parameters that define body
posture in the frontal, sagittal and transversal plane along with graphical
representation of the results.
5. Computer prints appointed parameters and drawings.
